  2. Take 1 tblsp Cajun chicken spice
  3. Take 1 onion roughly chopped
  4. You need 2 cloves garlic

  6. Provide 400 g mushrooms chopped
  7. Get 1 cup chicken stock
  8. Use 1 tsp butter
Steps to make Chicken and Mushroom:
  1. Rub chicken with Cajun spice and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. And set aside
  2. In the same pan fry onions, garlic and chilli till onions are soft. Add mushroom and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken stock and butter and simmer for 10 minutes till slightly reduced. Add chicken, coat it with sauce and parsley for garnish. Serve immediately with choice of starch. I served with quinoa.
